Terms of Use

  1. The Service is the web application that records orders, expenses and customers and reports income, expenses and profit. The Operator is Y & P. A User is a person whom the Operator has authorised to sign in.
  2. Access is limited to Users whose Google account email address the Operator has approved. A person who is not approved must not attempt to use the Service.
  3. A User signs in with a Google account. The User must keep that account secure and must report suspected unauthorised use to the Operator without delay.
  4. A User must not attempt to access the data of another business, interfere with the operation of the Service, or enter content that the User has no right to use.
  5. Records and messages that a User enters or imports are User content. User content remains the property of the User or of the business that the User represents. The Operator may store, process and back up User content only to provide, secure and maintain the Service.
  6. The Service includes an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that answers questions from the stored records. Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. A User must verify any figure before relying on it. The assistant does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
  7. The Service is provided as available. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running and to back up the data, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of data loss. A User may keep a separate copy of records by using the CSV (comma-separated values) export function.
  8. The Operator may suspend or end the access of a User at any time, including for a breach of these Terms. A User may stop using the Service at any time and may ask for User content to be deleted.
  9. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from use of the Service.
  10. The Operator may update these Terms. The effective date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
  11. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
